Shipping and Charges

  1. Terms of delivery and the cost
    • only delivers to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
    • Our partner is the swiss post. The following options are available:

    • You are also welcome to pick up the order at our warehouse. No charges at all will be made then.
    • Orders with all goods on stock and received before 16:00, will be sent the same day. The exception are orders with «payment advanced» and not payed immediately by credit card or Twint.
    • Orders, which have articles not on stock and has to order them from suppliers, the due of delivery will be from the article, which comes last in.
    • Please note, after the parcel is once handed over to the swiss post, we cannot take warranty for the way of transportation.
    • If the customer refuse to take the parcel, we charge for our expenses, usually twice the transport cost.

  2. Policy of return/warranty
    Returns are not very friendly for the environment and are time-consuming to process. However, they are understandably unavoidable in online trading. We are very aware that it is very difficult to choose the right size or to decide on an item based on a picture. We endeavour to label the items as well as possible and to list the sizes correctly. It is very important to us to offer you good customer service. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions about our products. We will be happy to help you in an uncomplicated manner.

    1. Right of return
      • Returns can be made if
        • After 14 days within the reception.
        • If the goods are complete and unused.
        • If the original packaging is present and not damaged, labels and tags have not been removed.

        If the items are not handled carefully, we reserve the right to charge 10% of their value for our effort.

        We kindly ask you to return the items (costumes carefully folded!) in their original packaging and with a brief explanation. Please enclose the following [Return Form] with the return.

    2. No right of return
      • No returns can be made if:
        • If we have received the goods after later within 14 days of customers reception.
        • Original cover and tag are damaged or missing.
        • If the goods have been used, damaged or are smelling bad or having stains.
        • The goods are not complete (accessories missing).
        • Products do not allow to be returned for hygienic reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, socks, tights, cosmetic products or similar. This also applies to wigs, beards/mustaches or masks. Unless the product was delivered in its original packaging and has very obviously not been unpacked and tried on. will do and is responsible for the assessement.

    3. Damaged delivered goods
      • The customer must check the goods immediately within reception and report any defect to our customer service immediately. The customer can do this in writing and with a photo of the defective item by e-mail to Our customer service is also available by telephone. will decide what to do with the goods. If a defective item is returned without prior notification, the postage costs will be charged to the customer.

        If there is a manufacturing defect in the ordered goods, GmbH will rectify the defect or supply a replacement. If it is not possible to rectify the defect or supply a replacement, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Further claims on the part of the customer remain excluded.

    4. General information / refund
      • Upon receipt of the return, any purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately or left as a credit on the customer's account. In the case of guest orders, it is not possible to transfer a credit to a new order and must therefore be refunded to the customer.

        The costs for the return shipment will remain with the customer.

        If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs remain due. You will only be charged the actual postage costs.

        The cleared return will be confirmed to the customer by email.

    5. Returns not accepted

  3. Terms of payment

      • Invoice: For customers minimum age of 18 and an approved good credit rate can order goods worth up to Fr. 250.00 on per invoice. The invoice comes enclosed with the delivery and has to be payed within 30 days without any deduction after receiving the order.
      • Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY) As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview. When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’sGTC. (

    • We are the owner of all goods until the payment has been made.

  4. Delay of payment / reminder to pay/ debt collection
    • The invoice has to be payed after 30 days of delivery.

    • CHF 10.00 reminder fees will be charged for the 2nd reminder.
    • If the outstanding amount is not paid even after the 2nd reminder, the claim will be handed over to Intrum.

  5. Protection of data privacy and security
    • Your confidence and trust concerning your privacy is very important to us.
    • Your personal data is protected and processed in accordance within the law!
    • We treat customer data confidentially and only pass it on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract execution or billing.
